About Us

Our architectural studio was founded in 1989 by architects Evgeny Igorevich Mironov and Sergey Viktorovich Klizhov under the auspices of the Union of Architects of Russian Federation. “The Personal Creative Studio of  Architects E.I. Mironov and S.V. Klizhov” became the first personal creative architectural studio in Russia.

In 2001 the studio was transformed into the LLC “Studio of Architect E.I. Mironov”. Since 1989 to date the studio has designed dozens of objects of various purposes and degrees of complexity, many of which have been realised.

The studio has branches in Rostov-on-Don and St. Petersburg.

Personal creative architectural studio of E.I. Mironov provides a full range of professional services to organisations and individuals, carries out all kinds of design activities in housing and civil construction:

• Urban design.
• Conceptual and working design of buildings and structures of any level and purpose: industrial, commercial, administrative, cultural, educational, sports facilities, high-rise and individual apartment buildings.
• Unique, non-typical projects of houses, cottages, apartments, offices and commercial.
• Reconstruction and renovation of buildings and premises, apartments and offices.
• Design projects of residential and public premises, design of interiors of apartments, houses, cottages.
• Landscape design.
• Design of all types of engineering systems, networks and communications.
• Preparation of project documentation chapters.

For over 20 years, I have been designing and teaching based on a deep fundamental understanding of the principles of transforming and creating healthy human and community environments. A holistic vision and total immersion in the project process, leads to maximally meaningful and organic project outcomes every time.
I have been specializing in unique, non-typical conceptual and working design of buildings and structures of any level and purpose: commercial, administrative, cultural, educational, sports facilities, high-rise and individual apartment buildings.
I am also an expert in the field of organizing living space, in particular apartment layouts. I have created a course of lectures on this topic.
At the Faculty of Architecture, I managed to launch a very effective program, which is based on the method of developing architectural talent from a “blank slate”.

WORK EXPERIENCE

During my time running the studio, I have authored the following RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS:
• 8 private COUNTRY HOUSES 150-350 sq.m, one of which became laureate of two competitions.
• Concepts of 3 RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES and an aparthotel, two of them realized.
• Apartment layouts for the projects of 2 residential complexes made for major developers.
• Design and realization of COMMON AREAS of a residential complex for 7000 apartments, which was awarded a prizes in a prestigious competition ADD AWARDS 2021.
• More than 60 interior design projects of АPARTMENTS made by me and my team.

I am also the author of a large number of PUBLIC FACILITIES:
• 2 BANK branches, 500 – 800 sq.m.
• 7 SPORT facilities, including:
– Golf club “Peterhof Lakes Course” in St. Petersburg 16,000 sq.m. Conceptual design. – Football arena of SC “Spartak-Moscow” Academy 4,000 sq.m. Conceptual design.
• 10 STORES, In particular:
– 3 built modular bicycle pavilions with the area from 70 to 100 m2
– Supervision of the renovation of the Elisseeff Emporium in St. Petersburg, large retail complex,
• 8 OFFICE SPACES (buildings and interiors). The main ones are:
– Office Aster Group, 200 sq.m, short list of the best offices 2016 according to Baltia magazine.
• 3 TRADE CENTERS, including:
– Trade center with aqua park on the shore of Gulf of Finland, 45,000 sq.m. Conceptual, investment project.

Participated in 6 ARCHITECTURAL COMPETITIONS, most notable ones:
• КINDERGARTEN project in the village of Gardens of Pridonya 2020. Russia. Project winner among more than 100 participants. Сonstruction is completed.
• CULTURAL center in Bamiyan (Afghanistan) (UNESCO)
• SPORT and leisure “Collider Activity Center” (Bulgaria) (Walltopia)
